Terms of Service

By signing up for or using WhatsApp AI SaaS ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WhatsApp AI SaaS provides a platform that allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business account and deploy an AI-powered assistant to automatically reply to their customers' messages. The AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent. The Service is intended for business use only.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk broadcasts
• Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or Business Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Transmit malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this section.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our Service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content (FAQs, business information, conversation data) you upload to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated replies may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your assistant's responses.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
